Dream Theater keyboard wizard Jordan Rudess has teamed up with Swedish guitar wizards .strandberg* for the brand new, very wizardly-looking Boden JR Sorcerer. Because why be good at one instrument when you can simply be so good at all of them, to the point where you get your own signature model?
The Boden JR Sorcerer offers up a Chambered Swamp Ash body with a Solid Maple top with Flame Maple veneer, all finished with a wordy Transparent Metallic Purple Burst Gloss Acrylic paint job. The Boden JR Sorcerer has a Roasted Maple neck with Carbon Fiber reinforcements, Ebonol fretboard, and Florescent Custom Sorcerer inlays with 24 frets.
The comes loaded with a Suhr SSH+ humbucker in the bridge and a Sustainiac Stealth Pro in the neck. Then there’s the black anodized hardware and the strandberg* EGS Rev7B tremolo bridge and string locks. Get it here for $3,495.
