Ibanez is simply on fire right now. First came the re-launch of the Iron Label line, and now they’re back with the absolutely killer-looking Q Series.
The Q Series, or Quest Series if you want, looks like Ibanez had a really classy set of children with Strandberg. The series features custom designed R1 single coil and Q58 humbucker pickups, a new monotone bridge, and a proprietary custom string locking mechanism. The QX subseries also brings 8-degree inward slanted frets, if you’re into that modern design.
The new Q Series includes:

The Q52 LBM featuring a Wizard C three-piece Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck with a Roasted Birdseye Maple fretboard and Mother of Pearl Step off-set dot inlay, Nyatoh body, and Ibanez Mono-Tune bridge. For pickups, the Q52 LBM offers its own Q58 passive humbucker pickups in both the bridge and neck alongside a dyna-MIX10 switching system with Alter Switch that allows you to choose between humbucker and single coil modes.
The Q52 LBM is available for $999.99 in Laser Blue Matte.

The Q54 BKF, featuring a Wizard C three-piece Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck with a Roasted Birdseye Maple fretboard and Mother of Pearl Step off-set dot inlay, Nyatoh body, and Ibanez Mono-Tune bridge. Where the Q54 BKF differs is its R1 single coil pickups in the neck and middle alongside the Q58 in the bridge, as well as featuring a pickguard. The pickups use a dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch that allows you to choose between humbucker and single coil modes.
The Q54 BKF is available for $999.99 in Black Flat and Sea Foam Green Matte.

The QX54QM BSM, featuring a Parallel Wizard three-piece Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck with a Roasted Birdseye Maple fretboard and Mother of Pearl Step off-set dot inlay, 8-degree slanted frets, a Nyatoh body with a Quilted Maple top, and Ibanez Mono-Tune bridge. The QX54QM BSM features R1 single coil pickups in the neck and middle alongside the Q58 in the bridge. The pickups use a dyna-MIX9 switching system with Alter Switch that allows you to choose between humbucker and single coil modes.
