New for summer 2024, Ibanez has announced a new Grey Metallic finish for two of its AZ Prestige models: the AZ2402 and AZ2204N.
Outside the finish, everything remains as it was with these two guitars – The AZ2402 retains its Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbuckers, Alder body, S-TECH Roasted Maple neck and fretboard, and stainless steel frets; while the AZ2204N preserves its pickguard-mounted HSS configuration of Seymour Duncan Fortuna pickups, Alder body, S-TECH Roasted Maple neck, and Rosewood fretboard with stainless steel frets.
Both the new AZ2402 and AZ2204N models are available here for $1,999.99.
Then there’s the brand new RGR5130. The RGR5130 incorporates established Prestige features such as the Lo-Pro Edge tremolo bridge, Gotoh machine heads, and a Super Wizard HP neck. The RGR5130 also boasts Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers for a versatile array of tones, Luminlay side dots, and jumbo stainless steel frets. The RGR5130 features a reverse headstock for a modern aesthetic and is available in two finish options: Gray Metallic and Khaki Metallic.
The RGR5130 is available here for $2,399.99.
