Ibanez just announced their brand new Q Series headless guitars, and now they’re tacking on one more! Ibanez has just introduced the Ichika Nito signature ICHI10, which is perfect if you’re looking to shred even half as hard as Nito does.
The Ibanez Ichika Signature ICHI10 features a Wizard C three-piece Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck with a Roasted Birdseye Maple fretboard and Mother of Pearl Step off-set dot inlay, Jescar EVO Gold frets, a Nyatoh body, and a Ibanez Mono-Tune bridge. The ICHI10 features the Q Series R1 single coil pickups in the neck, middle, and bridge position, and a dyna-MIX8 switching system with Alter Switch that offers eight sound variations and can switch between humbucker and single coil modes.
For those unaware, Ichika Nito is a YouTuber with over 1.5 million subscriptions and a really unique playing style. Nito’s songs are usually under a minute long, but pack a ton of harmonic and melodic information into that time. He’s also fun as hell to watch.
The Ibanez Ichika Signature ICHI10 is available here for $999.99. You can also check out the entirety of the Q Series here if you haven’t already!
