Gibson is continuing their partnership with Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine with a brand new signature acoustic, the Dave Mustaine Songwriter. The Gibson Dave Mustaine Songwriter is available in a both a standard version and a limited edition model signed by Mustaine himself.
The Dave Mustaine Songwriter in Ebony is the first 24-fret neck ever installed on a Gibson acoustic guitar. With a slightly thinner walnut body, the Dave Mustaine Songwriter guitar features a cutaway for easy access to the upper frets. The acoustic also features mother of pearl teeth inlays, Grover Rotomatic tuners, a TUSQ nut, saddle, bridge pins, and a higher output LR Baggs VTC under-saddle pickup with soundhole mounted volume and tone controls. Vic Rattlehead artwork is featured on the pickguard and on a mother of pearl peghead inlay. A custom hardshell case is included.
