Gibson has revived the Tobias brand of basses in a pretty major way. Gibson now offers the Tobias Original Collection featuring Classic, Killer B, and Growler models.
All three are offered in four and five-string versions, as well as left-handed models. Each is equipped with high-quality hardware from Babicz and Gotoh, active electronics from Bartolini, the look and tone of the finest exotic tonewoods, and the iconic Tobias Asym neck design.
Gibson is now streaming up close looks at the Killer B and Growler models above and below. Personally, I’m pretty stoked these basses are back as I remember playing them in stores as a kid. Now I just gotta y’know, buy one as a full grown adult.
