The EVH SA-126 Standard models retain a handful of features from the SA-126 Special like the semi-hollow body, a modified C-shape neck, and the SA-126 humbucking pickups.

Other than that, the all-new SA-126 Standard models feature a Chambered Mahogany body with a Mahogany Centerblock added for stability and tone, a Maple top and masked off natural body binding for a classic and clean look.

The neck is a 22 fret 12″-16″ compound Rosewood fingerboard with jumbo frets and re-imagined block inlays on a graphite reinforced baked maple neck. Finally, a spoke wheel truss rod adjustment at the butt end of the neck for easy adjustments, on the fly.

The EVH SA-126 bridge and neck pickups created by Fender’s resident pickup designer Tim Shaw and the EVH team can handle just about anything you feed them. A three-way toggle at the upper horn to switch between bridge, bridge and neck, and neck pickups as well as two volumes and two tones to control each are available for your tweaking pleasure.

On the new models, EVH offered: “In 2025, we will once again challenge the ‘norm’ with the introduction of the SA-126 Standard, a groundbreaking hybrid guitar that redefines versatility and performance.”

The EVH SA-126 Standard models are available now in three iterations – Vintage White at $899.99; Pelham Blue, Pelham Green, and Piano Black for $999.99; and Wine Red for $1,099.99. Get all five here alongside the already-out SA-126 Special series.
