Ernie Ball Music Man has unveiled their Family Reserve Fall 2022 lineup and predictably they’re all gorgeous. They are:
The Sabre HT Duello featuring a Black Limba body with highly figured gloss natural spalted maple top with natural wood binding, HT bridge humbucking pickup features increased output and wider frequency response, and Roasted Maple neck with Flamed Maple fretboard and simulated pearlescent multicolor block inlays. The Duello is limited to 80 units and is available here for $4,499.
And there’s the Stringray HT Plum Crazy featuring a Lightweight Alder body with matching headstock and white pearl binding on neck, HT Bridge humbucking pickup features increased output and wider frequency response, and The Tune-o-Matic hardtail bridge provides great sustain and ease of string replacement. The Plum Crazy is limited to 80 pieces and is available here for $3,299.
Then there are the basses. First up is the Stingray Special Slugger. The Slugger features a premium ash body with polyester non-gloss finish, 22-fret Maple neck and fingerboard with black block inlays, and all-black hardware with unique striped ebony wooden control knobs. The Slugger is limited to 105 units and is available here for $3,199.
The other bass in the lineup is the Stingray Special 5 Crescendo. The Crescendo comes with an exclusive white sparkle gloss finish, gold plated bridge with matching gold pickup pole pieces, and Roasted Maple neck without fingerboard inlays and white sparkle matching headstock. The Crescendo is limited to 80 pieces and is available here for $3,099.
