Epiphone is revisiting the past with a newly reissued, completely made in the USA version of their Epiphone Coronet guitar.
First introduced in 1958, the latest Epiphone Coronet is once again Made in the USA featuring the same symmetrical double cutaway mahogany body shape, three-on-a-side headstock shape, “Bikini” headstock badge, and pickguard shape as the earliest versions from 1958-1959.
The USA-made Epiphone Coronet includes a few modern improvements, including a slightly wider nut width at 1.695″ and a comfortable SlimTaper neck profile, as well as a slightly slimmer body depth at 1.375″ for better balance and lighter weight, a Graph Tech nut, and a single P-90 Soapbar pickup.
Get it here for $1,699, or its cheaper counterpart for $499.
