Gretsch is keeping things classy as usual with two brand new offerings – the Electromatic Limited Flame Okoume Broadkaster Double-Cut with Bigsby and Electromatic Limited Flame Okoume Broadkaster Jr. Single-Cut with Bigsby.
The Limited Edition Electromatic Broadkaster Center Block Jr. and Limited Edition Electromatic Broadkaster Center Block both feature a flame Okoume body (in either a single- or double-cutaway configuration) and elegant Roundup Orange finish, Gold hardware, jeweled G-Arrow knobs, and a Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece further enhance its upscale aesthetic and functionality. Other premium features include an Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge, Graph Tech NuBone nut, locking tuners, and strap locks.
At the heart of the guitars are a chambered Spruce center block, offering lightweight comfort, effective feedback rejection, and a tone that’s both open and punchy. The Mahogany neck, shaped in a Thin “U” profile, is topped with a 12″-radius Rosewood fingerboard, delivering smooth playability, warmth, and clarity. Its 22 medium jumbo frets and Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays round out a comfortable, performance-ready neck setup.
For electronics, the guitars feature USA-made Full’Tron humbuckers, designed by pickup legend Tim Shaw. These pickups deliver classic Gretsch clarity and chime, but with added midrange bite and snarl, making them ideal for both clean articulation and aggressive overdriven tones. A master volume with treble bleed, individual pickup volume knobs, master tone, and a three-way toggle provide flexible tone shaping.
