Dunlop Manufacturing is paying tribute to designer Jeorge Tripps and his Way Huge brand with two pedals you might remember.
First up is the Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz MkIIS, which brings all the high gain fuzz as the full-sized MkII, but in a more petite package. The Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz MkIIS offers a Sustain control, Filter control with all its heavily bandpass-filtered tones, a Scoop tone stack control for wrangling your mirs, and a Crunch knob adjusts the compression intensity of the fuzz.
The MkIIS has two internal mini controls: Voice sets the intensity of the external scoop control from light to heavy mid cut, and Clip varies between two sets of clipping diodes for smooth or opened fuzz sustain.
Then there’s the Way Huge Smalls Swollen Pickle Jumbo Fuzz, whose interface includes Loudness, Sustain, and Filter controls. Players can also flip the Scoop switch to carve out the mids, and use the Crunch switch to toggle compression intensity.
