Dean has rolled out their new Dimebag-looking Dean ML SEL 24 K.
The Dean ML SEL 24 K offers a classic Kahler Hybrid Tremolo system with Kahler locking nut, and Parchment Seymour Duncan TB5 and APH-1 high output pickups. The guitar also features an Eastern Mahogany body with Quilt Maple top, 3-piece Eastern Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard, and Pearloid Block inlays. The guitar is available here for $1,349.
This is especially good news for anyone looking for a Dimebag-style guitar, considering those might not be coming back anytime soon. The estate of Dimebag Darrell terminated their deal with Dean Guitars in 2021 and filed a lawsuit against Dean’s parent company, Armadillo Enterprises, for alleged breach of contract.
Dean also teamed up with Misfits guitarist Doyle W. Von Frankenstein for a signature Annihilator guitar, which you can check out here.
