Sure, Erik Rutan of Hate Eternal and Cannibal Corpse got his own signature B.C. Rich Ironbird as a 7-string this year. But when are we getting a standard-issue Ironbird? The answer is sometime within the first three months of 2022!
B.C. Rich has revealed via Instagram that they’ll release a new version of the death metal classic in Q1 of 2022 “with Kahler option and harpoon headstock,” and of course a single bridge humbucker. Nothing else is known about the guitar at the moment other than it looks kickass.
