Newly-appointed Gibson CEO Cesar Gueikian has some plans for a more affordable version of Kirk Hammett’s Greeny Les Paul. The Greeny model has slowly been getting more attainable for everyone, with the original Murphy Lab version going for $19,999 and the custom version going for $3,199.
We’re not sure what the price tag of the Epiphone model will be just yet, but according to Gueikian and his now-famous Instagram Stories, it’s coming. No word on what the appointments will be like either, but Epiphone generally does a pretty solid job of offering an affordable but kickass version of high-ticket Gibsons.
