Let’s Keep Tabs on Machine Head in the Recording Studio

This is the future, so the days on an album sneaking up on you are pretty much gone, and that’s usually not a bad thing. I don’t know about you guys, but I could geek out on the recording process of pretty much any record. But when it’s Machine Head then it’s a bonus.

Robb Flynn and co have been holed up in Oakland’s JingleTown Recording studios tracking their next full length, and they’ve promised to document the entire process. The first episode has just hit the web and it mainly features the band’s demo process and recording the string section. Check it out below.
