Peter Wildoer’s “reMarcoble” Performance at the Meinl Drum Festival

Is it just me or are there no people in this audience? Below is footage of Darkane/James LeBrie/etc cymbal shredder Peter Wildoer at the Meinl Drum Festival, but… I don’t know. I suppose it’s possible that the lighting just makes the crowd hard to see…

Anyway, crowd or no crowd, Peter Wildoer turns in a mind-blowing performance as always. The song isn’t a Darkane or LeBrie number though. It’s “reMarcoble” by Marco Sfogli. Now I admit that I love puns as much if not more than most people, but “reMarcoble” might be a bridge too far.

Chris Alfano has written about music and toured in bands since print magazines and mp3.com were popular. Once in high-school he hacked a friend's QBasic stick figure fighting game to add a chiptune metal soundtrack. Random attractive people still give him high-fives about that.
