Positive Grid has two new things to show you all, starting with the new wireless Spark LINK system. With the Spark LINK, users can enjoy a stable connection up to 70 feet away thanks to. 2.4G wireless transmission technology and 24-bit/48kHz audio quality across a vast frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz. A new, proprietary chipset drives Spark LINK’s ultra-low latency performance (less than 3ms) to ensure the player’s dynamic touch and feel are in sync.
Spark LINK offers effortless connectivity and four proprietary channels that can be swapped with a single click. The channels allow multiple players to use their Spark LINKS in proximity to each other at the same time. The Spark LINK runs for up to 6 hours on a single charge and can be powered up on the go with the included USB charging cable.

Positive Grid has also unveiled their new Spark Control X, which does pretty much what you think it does – controls a bunch of Positive Grid Spark products. The Spark Control X offers hands-free control for the entire Spark family of smart amps, including the brand new Spark LIVE. Its six switch design with multi-color LEDs allows users to easily swap presets, toggle effects and much more. Spark Control X also features rechargeable battery power, expression pedal inputs, and a rugged, ultra-compact aluminum build for on-the-go use.
Spark Control X seamlessly connects to Spark series amps through the Spark app, while Spark LIVE users enjoy the added benefit of direct hardware connectivity. The Spark Control X gives users six customizable foot switches to assign/change presets; assign/toggle effects; and start or stop music, backing tracks and the Spark app’s Smart Jam. Spark Control X also offers the ability to directly connect two TRS type expression pedals – Wah, pitch shifter, volume control and more – and fine-tune their custom presets in the Spark app.
Better yet, the Spark Control X can also control the hardware for the new Spark LIVE smart amp and PA system as well as subsequent Spark amps.
