LANEY Celebrates The Final BLACK SABBATH Show With A TONY IOMMI TI100 Reissue

To honor the final Black Sabbath performance and celebrate more than 50 years of heavy metal history, Laney is releasing a very limited, hand-signed and numbered reissue of Iommi’s signature amp: the Laney Tony Iommi TI100.

Built entirely in the UK at Laney’s Black Country Customs workshop, the Laney Tony Iommi TI100 is a true British tube monster. With 100 watts RMS of output power from a 4 x 6L6 tube section and an 8 x 12AX7-loaded preamp, the TI100 delivers the modern version of Iommi’s legendary tone — tight, smooth, powerful, and ready to crush.

The Laney Tony Iommi TI100 features dual channels — Lead and Rhythm — each voiced to deliver massive gain with distinct character. The Rhythm side is perfect for edge-of-breakup tones with punch and bite, while the Lead channel brings a torrent of liquid gain that’s thick and articulate, especially when downtuned. The TI100’s tight, responsive low end has become a calling card of modern metal amps.

A switchable Pre-Boost circuit is onboard, mimicking a front-end overdrive pedal by slamming the input for more harmonics and enhanced response. A 3-band EQ, plus Enhance and Presence controls, give you fine-grained tone shaping from the preamp through the power stage.

In the back of the Laney Tony Iommi TI100, the Pre Amp Out and Power Amp In jacks offer flexible routing options for stereo rigs or multi-amp setups. The FX Loop supports three operational modes to match anything from classic pedals to high-end rack units. And if you’re running no effects at all, the loop can be fully bypassed to preserve signal integrity.

Each Laney Tony Iommi TI100 comes with the FS4-TI footswitch, letting you toggle every switchable front-panel function on the fly. Top-mounted grab handles make gig transport easier, while the custom slipcover ensures your collector-grade amp stays protected.

And of course, the amp looks as good as it sounds — finished in Iommi’s iconic red cross livery, glowing ominously under stage lights.

This Laney Tony Iommi TI100 isn’t just another amp — it’s a piece of rock history. Each head is personally signed by Tony Iommi, includes a Certificate of Authenticity, commemorative postcards, custom picks, and that all-important aura of being part of the origin of metal.

There are very few times in music history where you can point to a single moment and say this is where it all began. When it comes to heavy metal, that moment came in 1970. That tone? It came from Laney. And now, it can be yours.
