Back in September, Klon owner Bill Finnegan announced that the worldwide NOS stock used to make the legendary KTR overdrive was about to run out. Finnigan said that Klon will be switching over to a new diode for the pedals, but did not reveal when the KTR overdrive with the non-NOS diodes will hit the market.
Now in a new Instagram post, it looks like the answer to that question is “about three weeks.”
“Hi everyone – sorry for the serious delay with regard to new KTR production, but the light at the end of that tunnel now seems to be getting brighter every day; my hope is that a number of authorized Klon KTR dealers will have units in stock in about three weeks,” said Finnegan.
