A little while back, ESP Guitars announced the first phase of their 2020 New Model Preview, and now they have made their return with Phase II! Get a load of just a few of the awesome models they will be turning out in 2020 below!
Here’s what ESP had to say about their new bass guitars:
“Bass players, when we posted Phase I of our new product debuts, a lot of you felt left out. It’s time to rectify that situation by showing off a bunch of our new basses that will be available next year. Let’s start with the new additions to our F Series. With its sculpted and contoured body, the F shape has long been a favorite of players of the heaviest music styles. Based on many requests from bass players around the world, we’re adding LTD Deluxe versions of these basses with the F-1004 and 5-string F-1005. While they look great with a flamed maple top in See Thru Black finish, these basses are also the first we’ve offered with a Fishman active pickups set. The innovative Fishman Fluence Bass Soapbars offer multiple voicings with coil-splitting via a push-pull volume control, as well as a balance control and a 2-band EQ with a 3-way mini switch for voice 1, voice 2 (mid-cut), and voice 2 (mid flat). Both basses use neck-thru-body construction, and have a 24 stainless steel fret neck with Macassar ebony fingerboard with a See Thru Black Satin finish on the back of the neck.”
And about the new guitars, ESP said this:
“Yes, even after the last big batch of new LTD Deluxe guitar models that we debuted in November, we have even more to tell you about. We can get started with two huge additions to our SN Series with the SN-1000HT in Purple Blast finish, and the SN-1000FR in Black Blast finish. Both of these new guitars feature a swamp ash body and a roasted maple neck and fingerboard, which is scalloped above the 17th fret and has stainless steel frets. Perhaps the most immediate noticeable thing, though, is their killer sand blasted finish! The SN-1000HT has a Seymour Duncan Sentient/Pegasus pickup set that is splittable with a push-pull control, and a Hipshot fixed bridge. The SN-1000FR comes in an H/S/S pickup configuration, with two Seymour Duncan Hot Strat single-coils and a Pegasus in the bridge, as well as a Floyd Rose 1000SE bridge with stainless steel screws.”
