BEETRONICS New Seabee Lite Pedal Delivers Bucket-Brigade Depth Without The Fuss

The Beetronics Seabee Lite is a streamlined sibling to the Seabee Harmochorus. The pedal is built around a classic bucket-brigade analog core and offers up a warm, dimensional modulation.

At the heart of Seabee Lite are three distinct modulation modes, each offering its own take on motion and texture.

  • Classic mode delivers that familiar, wide chorus sound, driven by a Triangle LFO and a 10ms delay time. It’s clean, balanced, and instantly usable—the kind of tone that feels like home.
  • Flangee mode tightens things up with a 5ms delay time and a uniquely shaped LFO, pushing the effect into subtle flanger territory. It’s more focused, more pronounced, and perfect for players who want a little extra edge in their modulation.
  • Wobblee mode loosens the reins entirely. With an irregular LFO and a longer ~25ms delay time, it introduces a tape-like instability – warped, drifting, and beautifully imperfect.

Seabee Lite also lets you choose how deep you want to go. In Chorus mode, you get the classic 50/50 blend of dry and wet signals, preserving your core tone while adding width and shimmer.

Switch to Vibee, and the pedal goes fully wet. The result is more immersive, more dramatic, and perfect for players chasing those seasick, pitch-shifting textures.

A standout feature is the onboard filtering, which lets you sculpt the wet signal. Band Pass mode narrows the focus, adding character and midrange emphasis. Flat keeps things untouched and transparent. High Pass removes low-end content from the modulation, letting your fundamental tone stay tight while the chorus floats above it.
