METALLICA – “Hardwired” Sitar Cover by RISHABH SEEN

If you’ve never any of Rishabh Seen’s sitar covers before, consider yourself thoroughly missing out, because they’re ridiculous. Between Animals as Leaders, Meshuggah, Periphery, and Steven Wilson, Rishabh’s covered a lot of musical ground, with an emphasis on the proggier end of the spectrum. This time around, he did a Gear Gods exclusive rendition of Metallica’s “Hard-Wired to Self Destruct.”

Now that you’ve had a few moments to collect the blown pieces of your mind, you should also give Rishabh’s band a go. Mute the Saint are a sitar-fronted progressive metal band and the world’s first of its kind. Their self-titled EP, released last December, can be purchased right here.
