After a nearly 20 year absence, At The Gates has returned with a new album At War With Reality, featuring most of the original members, and if this new track is any indication, a strong return to stylistic form.
The video features some pretty intense shots of flying around a desert canyon and vocalist Tomas Lindberg screaming his little heart out, and…. nothing else. No guitarists, drummer, or bass player. I thought this was an ATG reunion, not a Tomas solo project. Where could they be?
I feel like this is ripe for a musicless music video parody.
Maybe the rest of the band was held up at the airport, you know,
wait for it……
…….
at the gates?
