Interloper is the brainchild of Rings of Saturn guitarist Miles Dimitri Baker and presents a more melodic side to his playing, albeit still just plain nuts in terms of technicality. The band is currently rounded out by second guitarist Andrew Virrueta (Vampire Squid) and drummer Aaron Stechauner (Rings of Saturn). The song also features a solo from ROS guitarist Lucas Mann (who makes and “appearance” in the video – I think he is the interloper to whom they refer) Although this track is instrumental, they are rumored to be working with a new vocalist for upcoming releases.
