Guitarist Cory Wong has teamed up with Wampler for the very appropriately-named Wampler Cory Wong Compressor pedal.
The Wampler Cory Wong Compressor features two footswitches – one for compression and one for boost – with the compressor side offering Volume, Sustain, Attack, Tone, and Blend knobs. The Boost side is much easier, with just a Boost control that goes from a flat boost to a rich saturated boost with an extra vibrancy around the 550Hz range.
The left side of the pedal also has an XLR out to go direct to a PA system or mixing board, and a “Ground Lift” switch which can be used to eliminate unwanted ground noise. Get it here for $267.97.
