NAMM 2014: Schecter Shows Off Their New Guitar Models

Schecter also walls full of new guitars at NAMM. What struck me most was the pickup variety, and all of them are new pickups with a buzz about them. Jeff Loomis’ signature has ditched the EMG 707 for the vastly better 57/66 7-string pickups, and Keith Merrow’s guitar has the new Seymour Duncan Nazgul and Sentient pickups. Take a look at those and some of the other new pieces below.

Chris Alfano has written about music and toured in bands since print magazines and were popular. Once in high-school he hacked a friend's QBasic stick figure fighting game to add a chiptune metal soundtrack. Random attractive people still give him high-fives about that.
