JACKSON Unveils New X Series Basses

Not to be outdone by their insane amount of new guitars, Jackson has also unveiled a handful of new basses! First up is the new 5-string X Series Concert Bass CBXNT DX V. The bass offers a 34″ scale through-body Maple neck with graphite reinforcement, 12″-16″ compound radius bound Laurel fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays, a Poplar body, Jackson J-style bridge and Jackson P-style neck pickups, and a Jackson Bass Bacher V hardtail bridge.

The X Series Concert Bass CBXNT DX V comes in Gloss Black and Snow White, and is available here for $799.

Then there’s the 4-string X Series Spectra Bass SBX IV. The bass offers a 34″ scale through-body Maple neck with graphite reinforcement, 12″-16″ compound radius Maple fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and white dot inlays, a Nyatoh body, dual passive Jackson medium-output humbucking pickups, and a Jackson HiMass bridge.

The X Series Spectra Bass SBX IV comes in Gloss Black and Matte Army Drab, and is available here for $699.
