Ibanez is giving the Tim Henson signature nylon-string guitar line a fresh visual makeover, as they’ve just dropped a bunch of new finishes for the TOD10N, the TOD20FMN, and the flagship TOD100N. While the specifications remain unchanged, the expanded color palette are a nice touch.

Ibanez TOD10N

The TOD10N is now available in Black Burst Fade Low Gloss, Silver Metallic Flat, and Pearl Pink Flat. First unveiled in Polyphia’s “Playing God” video, the model quickly became one of the most talked-about nylon-string guitars in recent memory thanks to its sleek appearance and electric guitar-inspired feel.

Its ultra-thin 50mm Sapele body and Solid Spruce top with traditional fan bracing deliver the warmth and responsiveness of a classical instrument, while the slim C-shaped neck, 15.75″-radius Rosewood fingerboard, and slightly narrower 1.8-inch nut width make it feel instantly familiar to electric players.

A Fishman Sonicore pickup and AEQ210TF preamp complete the package, providing natural amplified tones with onboard EQ and phase controls for stage and studio use.

The TOD10N usually goes for $1,099, but it’s on sale (in the new colors) for a much more palatable $779.79. Get it at the links below:

Ibanez TOD20FMN

Then there’s the Ibanez TOD20FMN, a model that adds a striking visual twist to the modern crossover nylon-string formula. Sharing the same sleek, ultra-thin 50mm Sapele body as the TOD10N, the TOD20FMN swaps in a stunning Solid Flame Maple top, giving the guitar a brighter visual presence while retaining the responsive, touch-sensitive feel provided by traditional fan bracing.

Like its siblings, it blends the comfort of an electric guitar with the warmth and expressiveness of a classical instrument, making it equally at home with intricate fingerstyle passages and contemporary lead work.

The TOD20FMN features a slim C-shaped neck, a 15.75″-radius Rosewood fingerboard, and a slightly narrower 1.8-inch nut width that feels immediately familiar to electric players making the jump to nylon strings. Plugged in, a Fishman Sonicore pickup and AEQ210TF preamp faithfully capture the guitar’s natural acoustic character, while onboard EQ and phase controls provide plenty of flexibility for live performance and recording.

Same deal – the Ibanez TOD20FMN is usually $1,399, but it’s on sale now for $799. Get it at the links below:

Ibanez TOD100

The premium TOD100 also receives two sophisticated new finish options: Toasted Marshmallow Matte and Natural High Gloss. Building on the original crossover concept, the TOD100 elevates the formula with a chambered 50mm FRH body crafted from Solid Okoume back and sides topped with Solid Sitka Spruce, offering a rich, resonant acoustic voice in a remarkably comfortable package.

Enhanced cutaways improve upper-fret access, while an Ebony fingerboard adorned with the Tim Henson signature Tree of Death inlay and elegant Rosewood body binding reinforce the model’s premium aesthetic.

Fishman’s Acoustic Matrix under-saddle pickup, bridge-mounted body pickup, and Aura preamp provide exceptionally detailed plugged-in tones with extensive sound-shaping flexibility.

The Ibanez TOD100 is usually $2,199, but it’s on sale now for $1,899.99. Get it at the links below:
