For those of you who follow the guitar comings and goings of Children of Bodom, you’re most likely aware that Alexi Laiho and Co are all ESP string slingers. Extra pointy guitars aren’t usually my thing, but you have to admit that the ESP/CoB partnership has resulted in some nice axes.
Yet that three letter on three letter pairing continues to yield brutal metal fruit. Amidst the band’s Halo of Blood tour with Death Angel and Tyr, Children of Bodom will be stopping at a few music stores for free ESP-sponsored meet and greets. So if you live in Texas or Ohio (a random couplet of states if I ever saw one) stop by one of the following sessions:
