NAMM 2015 – Blackstar is B.E.A.M.ing With A New Bluetooth Mini Amp

Blackstar is a company that is clearly geared towards metal. With a signature amp for Ozzy/Firewind guitarist Gus G, artists such as Destrage, Ministry, DevilDriver, and Cradle of Filth, and a whole line of amps called the HT-Metal series, it’s clear where their loyalties lie. Also, I have one, and I’m metal as FUCK.

But they also make a full range of amp sizes and styles, and they make a bunch of especially cool practice amps, the newest of which is the ID:Core BEAM (Bass Electric Acoustic Music), a Bluetooth-equipped practice amp for all the aforementioned instruments/home stereo.

Check it out in action in the video below from this year’s NAMM.

As Editor-in-Chief of Gear Gods, I've been feeding your sick instrument fetishism and trying unsuccessfully to hide my own since 2013. I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
