This guitar was commissioned back in 1994 and was completed in 1995 at the height of the OJ trial. Aside from this generally being a “WOW” piece this guitar is actually a pretty rare find. The guitar was painted by Chris Compston at ESP who is known for his work with Dave Mustaine, Kirk Hammett, and Stephen Carpenter to name a few. His work doesn’t become available to the public very often because of the incredibly detailed nature of his work and the exclusivity of most of his commissioned pieces.

This guitar was featured in the Rocky Mountain Guitar Show and was also mentioned in a 1996 edition of Vintage Guitar Magazine. In addition to a flawlessly crafted and perfectly preserved guitar, the seller is also including a custom handmade jail cell case.

For just $6,250 (plus $100 shipping) this guitar can be yours! Head on over to the Reverb for sale page and scoop this bad boi up before it’s gone.

  • Pretty sure that’s an M-I, not an M-II or a Deluxe. M-I’s generally have 1 bridge humbucker, M-II’s have 2- a neck and a bridge humbucker, M-II deluxes typically have a bridge humbucker and a hotrail in neck position.
