I kid, of course. NAMM is everything I love and most of the people I admire in one great big hall. The main problem arises from the neglect of our own physical needs to enjoy this Disneyland-esque heaven on earth for just a little bit longer and squeeze every last drop of fun out of it. And it is a bit of an assault on the senses.

So in order to get the most from your NAMM experience, I’ve put together this tutorial on the best ways to fortify your mind, body, and spirit for the onslaught of trials that await you in Anaheim.
