The wee-est of wahs with the biggest of sounds, the Crybaby Mini from Dunlop, gets the Fluff treatment in this video demo. I’m jealous – ever since I saw it at NAMM this year, I’ve wanted to get my hands on one bad.

Not only is it far cuter than my current Crybaby classic, it’s also more versatile, with 3 different settings that adjust the voicing of the wah – Low, Vintage, and GCB95 – and it’s half the size. I’ve been wanting desperately to build a tiny pedalboard of tiny pedals, and this would be the flagship of the adorable armada of tone.

If you’re not convinced that such a diminutive pedal can have the same tone as the full sized deal, then just take a few minutes to watch Fluff give it the old going-through.

As Editor-in-Chief of Gear Gods, I've been feeding your sick instrument fetishism and trying unsuccessfully to hide my own since 2013. I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
