ALL THEM WITCHES Guitarist Ben McLeod Performs “3-5-7” Live And Gives A Rundown Of His Pedalboard

Desert rockers All Them Witches are the kind of band that makes you wonder exactly how they achieve their special sound. Guitarist Ben McLeod recently took us on a tour before one of their shows at The Grog Shop in Cleveland, Ohio to perform this live playthrough of “3-5-7” off the band’s 2017 record Sleeping Through The War, as well as give a brief but informative rundown of the pedals he’s rocking on the tune!

Borrowing elements of blues, stoner rock, psychedelic, and neo-soul, these dudes are able to forge a style all their own while still keeping things sounding familiar. Reminiscent of bands like King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and Earth, there’s a retro-yet-modern vibe All Them Witches are able to capture in every musical decision they make, and it just keeps us coming back for more. But lest we forget Ben’s playing on “3-5-7”, which is all the things we’d hoped it’d be and more. And his unique brand of riffage is only enhanced by the plethora of sexy pedals he sports below, so that’s a win-win in our book.

Be sure to catch these guys on tour at one of these dates, and don’t forget to snag a copy of their latest album ATW here.
