DEVILDRIVER Drummer Austin D’Amond Teams Up With FATAL CLOTHING CO. To Create Custom Drum Wrap

In stylish gear news, drummer Austin D’Amond of the California groove metal band DevilDriver recently got together with Fatal Clothing Co. to make a one-of-a-kind custom drum wrap for his Yamaha Tour Custom drum set. The wrap was inspired by the Fatal lifestyle and his personal moniker “thug metal” which combines the genres of both hip-hop and metal to create a unique and kickass crossover. This style was then combined with the clothing company’s knack for motorcycles, tattoos, sugar skulls, and all other kinds of badassery, as well as some bandana print, Los Angeles skyline, official DevilDriver logo, and some gold coloring on a metallic vinyl to tie it all together. The result is this modern, urban take on some classic hip-hop and heavy metal imagery.
