METALLICA’s “Moth Into Flame” With And Justice For All Guitar Tones

Kudos to YouTuber GuitarRazze for this really stunningly put-together recreation of the new Metallica song “Moth into Flame” with simulated tones from the …And Justice For All album. The catch here is that this dude actually performed the guitars on this thing – this wasn’t all done by a fancy computer algorithm.

Dude also did an equally exciting job with “Hardwired.” Man, Metallica fans are nuts.

  • This guy really nailed it. I enjoyed this version better than the album version.. probably more because I love AJFA than the actual sound of the mix, but I suppose that’s the point.

  • Sounds good and all, but is it just me or is the solo in this practically a carbon copy of disposable heroes at a point?

    • I believe that was on purpose. Parts of the song were heavily inspired by Disposable Heroes but I would have put parts of Blackened or even Shortest Straw in there.

      • I feel like the beginning harmony is very reminiscent of ride the lightning too, could be just me. That’s the thing that Drew me to this moreso than hardwired
