It’s hard to believe a year’s already gone by since Megadeth drummer Nick Menza’s tragic passing at age 51. To commemorate the incredible talent and outstanding man that he was, members of Megadeth, Testament, Overkill, and more shared some of their fondest memories of the legendary drummer, husband, father, and friend.
Difficult though it may be to adequately describe the tremendous impact Nick had on so many lives, this remembrance is a touching tribute to one of thrash’s finest drummers and truly magnificent people. Whatever you’re doing today, make sure you bump some of Mr. Menza’s work; let his legacy live on.
